Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect the quantity of light emission of a lamp without generating any undesirable brightness irregularity in an area effective to lighting as to the light device which has the lamp put in a casing and transmits the light emitted by the lamp through a light diffusion transmission plate, provided at the opening part of the casing, for the lighting. CONSTITUTION:An end part of the light diffusion transmission plate 15 provided at the opening part of the easing 1 is extended from the area effective to the lighting and photosensors 25 and 26 are installed opposite the extended end part 17. Consequently, the light diffusion transmission plate serves as a light transmission body to guide the light out of the effective area, and the light from the end part can be detected by the photosensors.
