An MPU10 outputs a data signal including an ID corresponding to an indicator or a warning which is turn on or off, and a turn-on signal or a turn-off signal turning on/off the LED, to a plurality of LED blocks 20 through a data signal wiring 11. Each LED block 20 comprises a memory means memorizing the ID corresponding to the indicator or the warning; a controlling means compare the ID included in the data signal with the ID memorized in the memory means on the basis of the data signal inputted from the MPU10, and outputting the turn-on signal or the turn-off signal to a driving means only when each ID matches; and a driving means turning on/off the LED on the basis of the turn-on signal or the turn-off signal inputted from the controlling means.
