To control the occurrence of unevenness of luminance of a light source, and to keep the height of a light conductor of illumination light down so as to thin the light conductor.
A reflecting surface 5 to reflect the illumination light irradiated from an LED 2, and a first refracting surface 6, are continuously formed on the front surface of the light conductor 3, and a second refracting surface 7 is continuously and taperingly formed from the surrounding edge of the first refracting surface 6 toward the bottom surface 3A of the light conductor 3. A part of illumination light irradiated from the LED 2 to the front is reflected to the second refracting surface 7 by the reflecting surface 5, and is refracted by the second refracting surface 7 so as to expand outside in the radial direction. Simultaneously, the illumination light incident to the first refracting surface 6 from the LED 2 is refracted by the first refracting surface 6 to expand outside in the radial direction.
