PURPOSE: To facilitate the assembly of members including a ballast unit and a main body by retaining thereof together through an expansible wire partially provided with resilency.
CONSTITUTION: A protective tube 4 incorporating a lamp 5 is inserted into and supported on a hole 12 of terminal plates 10 and 11 provided on both ends of a main body 2. With elastic covers 8 and 9 respectively integral with sockets 6 and 7 attached to the both ends under resilency. One end of wires 13 are retained with a stabilizer unit 1 though an slip lock 14, where an expansible sections 15 as a spring are formed in the course of the wires 13. The other end of the wires 13 are fastened by a cylindrical hook 16. A plate 17 adapted to push the back of the cover 9 on the tube 4 under the resilency of the hook 16 is mounted rotatively to a shaft 18 on the terminal plate 11, located on the cover side of the main body 2. The shaft 18 is so arranged to slide perpendicular to the terminal plate 11.
