To provide a lighting fixture attaching device capable of easily and appropriately adjusting an illumination state of the lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture attaching device includes an attaching base 51 for attaching a lighting fixture 7. The attaching base 51 includes a lighting fixture attaching part 51a, a front wall part for preventing a light emitting part 71 of the lighting fixture 7 from being visually recognized directly, and a light guide part facing a downward direction so that illumination light of the lighting fixture 7 is emitted downward. The depth dimension D1 or the width dimension W1 of the lighting fixture attaching part 51a is larger than the depth dimension D2 or the width dimension W2 of the lighting fixture 7.
