Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cutting layout efficiency.SOLUTION: A method of molding a lighting fixture heat sink 16 provided with a plurality of inner radiation fins 32 and outer radiation fins 33 aligned along a semi-circle, comprises: punching a plate material to be fit with a shape in which a plurality of radiation elements 30 each including a contact part 31 coming into contact with a light source unit 7 and the inner radiation fin 32 and the outer radiation fin 33 extending in a band fashion across the contact part 31 are aligned in parallel and the adjacent contact parts 31 are continuous; bending and raising the inner radiation fins 32 and the outer radiation fins 33 with respect to the contact parts 31; bending the respective contact parts 31 along the semi-circle, and disposing the inner radiation fins 32 and the outer radiation fins 33 along the semi-circle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
