Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lighting fixture for a vehicle free from the formation of glare due to reflection at, the stepped section of the effective reflecting surface of a reflector.
CONSTITUTION: A lighting fixture in the title is provided with a reflector 20 of mirror surface finish for reflecting forward light from a light source. In addition, a step 21C is formed at the effective reflecting surface 21A of the reflector 20. In this case, the surface reflectance of step constitution areas 40 to 43 within the effective reflecting surface 21A of the reflector 20 is made smaller than the surface reflectance of other area within said surface 21A.
