PURPOSE: To provide uniform lighting for entire space and partial lighting by hooking a reflecting plate to a wall section via a support member and giving uniform lighting for a room, upon releasing the plate from a position near a bulb to an upper position, while giving partial lighting forward, upon turning and positioning the plate at a position near the bulb.

CONSTITUTION: The first reflecting plate 9 and the second reflecting plate 10 are engaged with both wall sections 4 and 4 of support members 2, and when the plates 9 and 10 are released from a position near a bulb 5 to an upper position, the light of the bulb 3 is capable of uniformly illuminating a room without being reflected with the plates 9 and 10. Also, when the plates 9 and 10 are turned slantingly down from both wall sections 4 and 4, the reflecting plate 9 is inclined slantingly down, while the plate 10 is kept horizontal and shifted to a position near the bulb 5. The light is thereby reflected with both plates 9 and 10, and caused to give partial illumination only for space forward of the plates 9 and 10.
