To provide a lighting fixture capable of preventing light pollution above the fixture by suppressing light irradiated above the fixture, and capable of suitably irradiating an illumination requiring part such as a road surface.

The lighting fixture is equipped with a light source part 40 having an LED 20 which is a light source, and a reflector 30 to have a first reflecting face 33 having a curved cross-section recessed from one end to the other end and formed so that the light source is arranged and installed in this curved cross section and a second reflecting face 32 to close one end side of the curved cross section, a top plate 11, a mounting part installed on the lower face side of the top plate 11 and mounted with the light source part 40 so that one end of the light source part 40 is on the top plate 11 side, and a sidewall part 12 arranged and installed downward from the top plate 11 and installed at a part lower than a straight line passing through the tip of the second reflecting face 32 from the other end side of the LED 20 of which its lower end edge part is the light source.
