To provide a lighting fixture capable of ensuring protective grounding arrangement by taking grounding conduction between an adapter for a socket and a body of the lighting fixture without being influenced by film thickness of coating.
The lighting fixture 10 is provided with the adapter for a socket 14 to mount a socket 13 on a fixture body 11. The adapter for a socket 14 has protrusions 32 on a back side of the same, which are guided through mounting holes 27 formed on the fixture body 11 out to a back side of the fixture body 11 and then fixed by bending. The protrusions 32 have a gradient so that they get thinner towards tip portions of the same, and they contact end portions of protrusions 28 arranged on the back side of the fixture body 11 and side faces of the mounting holes 27.
