To provide a lighting fixture easy to assemble and capable of adjusting light distribution without changing a lens.

In the lighting fixture 1, a groove 2a is set in extension along a depth direction of an opening 2c on an inner peripheral surface of the opening 2c of a body 2. A rotating body 4 moves to the depth direction of the opening 2c by being rotated to a peripheral direction of the opening 2c. A protrusion 5a to be insertion-coupled with the groove 2a of the body 2 is fitted at an outer peripheral end of the lens 5. A pawl part 4d of the rotating body 4 supports the lens 5 hooked to a part other than the protrusion part 5a at an outer peripheral end of the lens 5 toward a rotating body 4 side. With this, as the rotating body 4 is rotated, displacement of the lens 5 toward the depth direction is generated accompanying the displacement of the rotating body 4 toward the same direction of the opening 2c. However, since the rotation of the lens 5 is prevented by the groove 2a of the body 2, only a distance between a light distribution adjusting part 5b of the lens 5 and an LED 3a of an LED light source part 3 is adjusted.
