A lamp 30 housing an LED unit 34 as a light source is turnably vertically supported by an arm part 26 extending from a rotation plate 25. The rotation plate 25 is rotatably sandwiched between a cylindrical fixture body 20 and a cover 23 mounted on an upper end 201 of the fixture body 20. Then, since convex parts 281, 282 contacting with the fixture body 20 and the cover 23 are arranged on a surface 251 and a backside 252 of the rotation plate 25, an irradiation direction can be adjusted and retained at a prescribed position without providing an additional member.
