PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of being further miniaturized.SOLUTION: An illumination device 1 includes a light body 4 having an LED as a light source, a circuit box 3 mounted on a duct rail and having a lighting circuit 101 for lighting the light body 4, and an arm 5 connecting the light body 4 with the circuit box 3. The circuit box 3 has a plurality of circuit components 107, 111 configuring the lighting circuit 101, and a plurality of sheets of circuit boards 109, 113 on which the plurality of circuit components 107, 111 are mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
