Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat dissipation performance of an illuminating device.SOLUTION: An illuminating device according an embodiment comprises a circuit board, a metallic radiator, and a fusion part. The circuit board comprises a first surface, and a second surface opposed to the first surface, and a light emitting element is mounted on the first surface of the circuit board. The radiator comprises a base plate, is arranged opposite to the second surface of the circuit board, and dissipates heat emitted via the circuit board by the light emitting element. The fusion part includes metal particles different from metal that mainly forms the radiator, and fuses the second surface of the circuit board and an upper surface of the base plate. The upper surface of the base plate is gold-plated or silver-plated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
