Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which can be used as a flash light, and also, which can exhibit a sufficient illumination effect even in the case of functioning as an indoor interior ornament.SOLUTION: A power supply 11 is stored in a body 10. A plurality of cables 13 are connected to the power supply 11, and protrude from an upper end of the body 10. At tips of these cables 13, light emitting parts 20 are provided for emitting light by power supplied from the power supply. A cylindrical body 15 is fitted in an outer peripheral surface of the body 10, and between an elevated position for surrounding the cables 13 and a lowered position in which the cables 13 are exposed, it is relatively displaceable with respect to the body 10. When the cylindrical body 15 is in the elevated position, the light emitting part 20 is stored in the cylindrical body 15, and when the cylindrical body 15 is in the lowered position, the cables 13 are deformable so that the light emitting parts 20 protrude radially outside from the outer peripheral surface of the body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
