Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance brightness feeling with low power consumption without impairing space continuity.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 is provided with a plurality of ceiling illumination fixtures 13 embedded in a ceiling of an open office 1, a plurality of light guide plates 14 arranged in a space in the open office 1 for planar light emission, and a controlling part 15 for performing lighting control of the ceiling illumination fixtures 13 and the light guide plates 14. Then, the controlling part 15 selects among the light guide plates 14 to be turned on, based on brightness feeling as viewed from an office worker's eye.
