Abstract:
To provide a lighting instrument which enables improvement of workability of disassembly, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting instrument 1 includes a socket 6, a fixing part 4, a terminal board 3, a capture part 5, and an instrument body 2. The capture part 5 is connected to at least one of the socket 6 and the fixing part 4 and can be captured by a worker. The instrument body 2 has a cylindrical part 20. The instrument body 2 has an opening (a second opening 200) for exposing a lamp 7. The socket 6 has a through hole 600 into which at least a part of the lamp 7 is inserted. A penetration direction of the through hole 600 is along an axial direction D3 of the cylindrical part 20. The capture part 5 is disposed at the inner side of the through hole 600 when viewed in the axial direction D3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
