Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting module capable of obtaining an image by uniformly irradiating with light the entire surface to be inspected of an object to be inspected.SOLUTION: A lighting module 1 comprises: a housing 100 having a dome shaped inner surface; and a lighting unit 130 which is arranged in the housing to indirectly irradiate with light an object to be inspected by reflecting the light through the inner surface of the housing. The lighting unit may include at least one light source having a wavelength of an ultraviolet or infrared area.
