To provide a lighting post with a solar cell capable of setting the fixing angle of a solar cell and a lighting device at job site.

The lighting post is divided into a base pillar part 2 housing a power storage devices 5 such as battery, power controller, and the like, and a middle pillar part 3 equipped with a lighting device 6, and an upper pillar part 4 equipped with a solar cell 7 and a wind power device 8, and those parts are joined vertically. When joining respective pillar parts, joint flanges at the joining ends of respective pillar parts are put one over the other and bolted, and 16 or more pieces of screw holes are arranged on at least either upper side or lower side of the joint flange at regular angular intervals, and at least the direction of the pillar jointed upper side is made possible to set freely in 16 or more directions.
