Abstract:
To suppress generation of noise.SOLUTION: A light source unit W1 includes: an LED module 1 as a solid light source; a metal mounting member 2 supporting the LED module 1 and mounted on a fixture body 6 of a lighting fixture X1; and a synthetic resin cover (cover body 30) mounted on the mounting member 2. The cover body 30 is longitudinally formed. The mounting member 2 is longitudinally formed and includes one or a plurality of projection part(s) 26 projecting toward the cover body 30 on a face facing the cover body 30 along the longitudinal direction of the cover body 30. The light source unit W1 suppresses generation of noise caused by difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the cover body 30 and the mounting member 2 by reducing a contact area between the cover body 30 and the mounting member 2 because the mounting member 2 has the projection part(s) 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
