To provide a lighting structure capable of achieving high assembling workability without need for considering the bending durability of a wire connected with a lamp and on/off-switches thereof and the lighting of a lamp by low power consumption.
The lighting structure includes a storage medium 11 that is mounted to an opening/closing member 4 and can supply a light-emitting driving current to a lamp 9, and a switching mechanism 18 that is mounted to a rotating shaft of the opening/closing member and turns on and off operations of power supply from an in-vehicle battery to the storage medium. By closing the opening/closing member, the switching mechanism electrically connects the storage medium with the in-vehicle battery. The storage medium is charged by power supplied from the in-vehicle battery and the opening/closing member is opened, so that the switching mechanism electrically insulates the storage member from the in-vehicle battery and electrically connects the storage member with the lamp. The storage medium supplies a light-emitting driving current to the lamp.
