To provide a lighting switch which allows reliable connection between a wiring board and a light-emitting element attached to a surface below a mounting hole on the wiring board.
A mounting hole 13A on a wiring board 13 is formed by drilling so that protrusions such as burrs are hardly formed on a cross section of the mounting hole 13A. At the time of packaging, a light-emitting element 6 is arranged at a predetermined regular position in the mounting hole 13A, without being deviated in an inclined manner from the mounting hole 13A. Because the entire upper face of a connection portion 6A is satisfactorily soldered to a land 13B, it is possible to provide a lighting switch which allows firm and reliable connection between the connection portion 6A and the land 13B.
