On the other hand, a motor 22 is mounted on a carriage 8 equipped with luminairs 7, 7..., a driving wheel 25 to be driven by the motor 22 and a driven wheel 28 to be rotated in accordance with the rotation of the driving wheel 25 are pivoted on a frame 23 erected on the carriage 8, and the carriage 8 is made movable along the rail 6 by catching the rail 6 from the upward and downward directions by the driving wheel 25 and the driven wheel 28.
