To provide a lighting device having an adjustment part to adjust the light quantity or chromaticity of a light source and providing improved operability of the adjustment part, the adjustment part being safely operated by a user.

The lighting device includes: a lighting device body 10 having an LED; and the adjustment part 5 isolated from the lighting device body 10 and installed to rotate around the lighting device body 10 for adjusting the light quantity or the chromaticity of the LED. When the light quantity or the chromaticity of the LED is adjusted, the adjustment part 5 can be easily operated and its operability can be improved without being obstructed by the lighting device body 10, since the adjustment part 5 is installed separately from the lighting device body 10. Moreover, since the adjustment part 5 is installed separately from the lighting device body 10, the adjustment part 5 can be safely operated without bringing user's hands into contact with the lighting device body 10, particularly a heat dissipation portion to dissipate heat from the LED.
