The lighting system is provided with a light source composed of a plurality of light emitting devices 1r, 1g, 1b having different emission light colors, and a dimmer 2 dimming each of the emission light colors emitted from the light emitting devices 1r, 1g, 1b of the light source and emitting lights. The dimmer 2 has a panel 21, facing the light source, which is provided with a plurality of translucent parts 2a, 2b, 2c which change transmitted light volumes of each of the emission light colors emitted from the light emitting devices 1r, 1g, 1b, and changes light intensity of each of the emission light colors according to the sites and a rotating shaft 23 which is positioned in the central part of the panel 21 and rotates relatively the panel 21 against the plurality of the light emitting devices 1r, 1g, 1b around the central part.
