The lighting system is provided with a light-emitting unit 1 emitting light which energize a phosphor, a dimmer 2 dimming light emitted from the light-emitting unit 1 and transmitting the same, and a light outgoing part 3 provided with wavelength conversion parts 3r, 3g, 3b with the phosphor which absorb the light transmitted by the dimmer 2 and convert into visible light of different wavelengths. The dimmer 2 has a plurality of light translucent parts 2a, 2b, 2c for differentiating each of transmitted light volume of the lights emitted from the light-emitting unit 1, and moreover, the light outgoing part 3 has at least one of the wavelength conversion parts 3r, 3g, 3b arranged corresponding to the plurality of the light translucent parts 2a, 2b, 2c.
