Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting unit capable of widely illuminating a surface of a sash and capable of detecting entrance/exist of a person without any delay.SOLUTION: A lighting unit (30), which is attached to an opening device (1) arranged in an opening of a building, includes: a light source (34): a detection sensor (35); control means for controlling the lighting and extinction of the light source by receiving a signal from the detection sensor; and a frame material (31) for lighting, which houses the light source and the detection sensor. The frame material for lighting has means (31f and 31g) for attachment to the opening device provided on a side near the detection sensor.
