Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and reliable protection against lightning while keeping a cabin in good appearance by erecting no lightning conductor and to achieve savings of construction work and lower cost by eliminating the need for other components such as an insulating pipe, etc.
SOLUTION: A mesh metallic conductor 2 is laid over approximately the entire upper surface of a roof bed material, and a number of roofing members 3 are laid on the roof bed material via the mesh metallic conductor 2. A conducting wire 8 electrically connected to the mesh metallic conductor 2 is passed through a gap between a mortised groove in a wood column 4 and a tenon on a wood wall 5 from the upper end of the wood column 4, is extended to the outside from the lower end of the wood column 4, and grounded.
