By disposing a ring member 50A formed into an L shape in section on a step 27 formed in a collar 26, the ring member 50A is pressed by the surface 22b of a structure member 22 and the outer peripheral surface of a fastener pin 25 to be adhered thereto. Thus, one end of a space connected to a clearance between the inner peripheral surfaces of the holes 21a and 22a of a wing panel 21 and the structure member 22 and the outer peripheral surface of the fastener pin 25 is closed by the ring member 50A. The tip 52a of the rising part 52 of the ring member 50A in an L shape in section is positioned nearer to the outer peripheral side than the corner 22C of the inner peripheral side of the structure member 22. Thus, the concentration and acting of stress on the corner 22C of the inner peripheral side of the structure member 22 via the ring member 50A is prevented.
