The other end side of a wire rope 3 with a first stage whose one end side is attached to a sheath tube 2 is attached to a hook 57 of a crane, and one end side of a wire rope 4 with a second stage is attached to the hook 57. Then, the sheath tube 2 is lifted by the crane, to be inserted in a lightning rod pole 50. Under such condition as the sheath tube 2 is arranged in such range as contains a connection part S2 of a first support tube 52 and a second support tube 53, the other end part of the wire rope 4 with the second stage is secured to the third support tube 54 positioned below the sheath tube 2. With this condition kept, a fitting bracket 55 that fixes the lightning rod pole 50 is removed, and the lightning rod pole 50 and the sheath tube 2 are lifted by the crane and transported to a predetermined space for unloading.
