Abstract:

To make a positive charge area formed around a lightning arrester device as small as possible to effectively suppress the generation of an upward streamer.SOLUTION: A lightning arrester device includes an outer electrode body 3 having a cavity H therein, an inner electrode body 2 disposed in the cavity H, an electrical insulator S that insulates the outer electrode body 3 from the inner electrode body 2, and a support 5 that supports the inner electrode body 2. The electrical insulator S includes a holding member 6 that holds the inner electrode body 2 and the outer electrode body 3 at a predetermined interval, and the holding member 6 is provided with a support portion 6c that supports the outer electrode body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
