PURPOSE: To form a filling section foamed in a required shape insitu, to enable the adjustment of density and to make it possible to reduce buoyancy excellent in drainage efficiency and operating in the case of flood by covering spaces forming the filling section with a form, and heating and foaming to form the filling section after foamable resin beads are thrown thereinto.
CONSTITUTION: While balancing foaming pressure of beads on a counter weight 4, a form member 2 is suspended with a crane 8, and spaces forming a filling section are covered with a form 1 to make it substantially in a closing state. The spaces are filled with a foamable resin beads 6. After that, the foamable sin beads 6 are foamed by pouring heat or steam from a plurality of small holes (arrow head) of branch pipes from a steam generator 9 through a heat supply pipe 5, and the filling section of a uniform resin foam as a whole is formed in a space corresponding to the space. In the case the beads 6 are formed, density adjusting aggregate is mixed in the space to get required density. In addition, a drain pipe 7 and the filling section are monolithically formed, and excellent drainage efficiency can be obtained.
