Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an inorg. formed body suitable for a building material, low in weight and also high in strength and also to facilitate emboss forming on a surface.
CONSTITUTION: This inorg. formed body has a three-layer structure having a core layer and both side layers. The core layer is incorporated wit 60-80wt.% cement, 10-30wt.% granular inorg. foamed body consisting essentially of silica, containing ≥35% particles having 200-300 grain size and having a bulk density of 0.07-0.10 and 0.5-10wt.% reinforcing fiber. The both side layers are incorporated with 40-60wt.% cement, 30-40wt.% silicic acid-containing material and 5-10wt.% reinforcing fiber.
