Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a conveyor where the parts item number is small and the assembly is easy by providing a rotary roller consisting of a bearing part to be fitted to a frame base plate, a bearing hole to support a shaft, and a pair of bearing members having a locking projection to be locked to the frame base plate.
CONSTITUTION: A fitting hole 37 and a locking hole 39 are formed in a frame base plate 35, and a rotary roller 41 is fitted to this fitting hole 37. The rotary roller 41 consists of a disk-shaped roller 43 and a pair of bearing members 45. Both sides of the roller 43 are symmetrical, and a table-shaped spacer 47 and a columnar shaft 49 are integrated therewith. Two bearing members 45 are used in the rotary roller 41, and they are of the same structure. A pair of bearing members 45 are integrated with the synthetic resin, and a flat plate part 51, a bearing part 53 and a gearing hole 55 are formed to each of them. Two locking projections 57a, 57b are formed on the lower surface of the flat plate part 51.
