Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the solidified body which is lightweight and has high strength even without using any reinforcing material or supporting body by integrally laminating solidified material layers each of which consists of latent-hydraulic particles and tobermorite and has a different porosity from each other to form the body.
CONSTITUTION: This solidified body consists of latent-hydraulic particles and tobermorite. More specifically, it consists of latent-hydraulic particles, coating films which are formed on the surfaces of the latent-hydraulic particles and contain the first tobermorite, and the second tobermorite formed in the spaces among the particles. The latent-hydraulic particles are joined to each other through the coating films and the first tobermorite has a finer structure as compared with the second tobermorite. The solidified body is formed by integrally laminating layers each of which consists of the above particles, coating films and second tobermorite, however, has a different pore cross-sectional occupancy ratio from each other. The thickness of each of the coating films is preferably ≥0.05μm. This lightweight multilayer solidified body is preferably comprised of a solidified material layer having a ≤20% pore cross-sectional occupancy ratio and another solidified material layer having a 30 to 95% pore cross-sectional occupancy ratio.
