The system 1 comprises a hopper 5 and a measure 7 for receiving granular material C fallen out of the outlet of the hopper 5. The measure 7 is a rotary type, operated with a lever 35, and opens in a radial direction. When the measure 7 rotates, the quantity of the granular material C quantity is limited by an aperture edge of the hopper 5 and extruded to a tray 4. For preventing dispersion during extruding, a guide plate 40 is arranged above the tray 4. As the granular material C can be limited in quantity only by reciprocatively rotating the measure 7, the structure of the system 1 becomes simple.
