Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make smoother line connection with respect to the line assignment equipment of the mobile communication system in which position registration is made via a speech line.
SOLUTION: A monitor storage means 1a of a base station 1 stores a current operating state of all speech lines assigned to the base station 1. When the base station 1 receives a communication request from a mobile communication terminal equipment 2, an idle line retrieval means 1b of the base station 1 references operation state data stored in the monitor storage means 1a to retrieve an idle speech line. When no idle speech line 1 is found out, a position registration line retrieval means 1c of the base station 1 references the operation state data to retrieve a speech line used for position registration processing. When the speech line for the position registration processing is found out, an idle line re-retrieval means 1d of the base station 1 awaits lapse of a prescribed time and references the operating status data to retrieve an idle speech line again. When the idle speech line is found out, a speech line assignment means conducts assignment processing of the speech line.
