Abstract:

To provide a method and device for performing a chemical reaction, treating a sample at a low loss with a chemical reaction and increasing the number of collisions of chemically reacting molecules each other in the reaction of a protein, peptide, lipid, saccharide and DNA.

This chemical reaction device is provided by filling a reaction part where a chemical substance is fixed, with a sample liquid both ends of which are nipped with air for preventing the mixing of the sample with buffer solution, and introducing the sample liquid by utilizing a sample-introducing part, etc.
