To prevent a line from being formed even when a line drawing device is carried while rotating wheels, and prevent rotational resistance between the wheels and a feeding member from being increased when the line drawing device is carried, thereby improving convenience.
This line drawing device includes: a body part 9 having a storage space R storing powder for forming a line, and a discharge port 41 for discharging the powder to the outside; the wheels 12 provided in the body part 9 to be rotatable; and an impeller 13 provided in the body part 9 to receive rotation force of the wheels and transfer the powder to the discharge port 41. The line drawing device includes a restriction member 16 provided above the impeller 13. The restriction member 16 reduces the amount of powder directly dropping on the impeller 13. A flick member 15 is provided between the impeller 13 and the restriction member 16 to flick a blade 63 of the impeller 13.
