To draw a line in a power-saving manner in a device for drawing a line with liquid, which is used in a schoolyard, a stadium or the like, by placing a container on a main body having wheels and a handle, and guiding the line drawing liquid in the container to an outflow port of the main body through a conduit.

A line drawing device is so constructed that a handle 14 is extended from a main body 12 supported by four wheels 10, and the main body 12 is loaded with a container 16. A line drawing liquid put in the container 16 is guided to an outflow port 26 of the main body 12 through a conduit 24, and let flow from the port. A flowing fitting 22 is fitted to a part of the bottom near the rear part of the container 16, the conduit 24 is connected to the flowing fitting 22 to be extended to the outflow port 26, and an opening and closing mechanism 20 is provided in the midway of the conduit 24. In the case of drawing a line, when the handle 14 is pushed to ground the wheels (front wheels) 10, the front wheels 10 are moved upward relatively to the main body 12, and an arm 32 is turned counterclockwise to release pressure to the conduit 24 by a pressing pin 28, thereby allowing circulation of the liquid.
