Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress a delay time deviation generated at step changeover to a small value by constituting the equalizer of a coarse adjustment equalizer having the plural discrete 1st characteristics opposite to a cable loss characteristic and a minute adjustment equalizer having the 2nd characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: The coarse adjustment equalizer 1 has the plural discrete 1st characteristic opposite to the cable loss characteristic. The minute adjustment equalizer 2 has the plural discrete 2nd characteristics having a predetermined slope. The minute adjustment equalizer 1 does not have the identical flat frequency characteristic over all the steps, the characteristic is changed for each step and the delay time is adjusted.
