To increase a light projected reaction rate when light is projected onto a sample to cause a reaction, and to improve the ease of operation after the reaction is completed.
In a sample introducing device 6 of the system, a channel switching valve 20 is set so that channels are represented by solid lines, thereby introducing sample solution injected from an injector 18 into a tube 12 of a photo-reaction chamber 10 using a carrier from a liquid carrying pump 22, and when the drive of the liquid carrying pump 22 is stopped, the introduced sample solution is allowed to remain in the tube 12 of the photo-reaction chamber 10, and in this state a lamp 14 is lighted thereby projecting light onto the sample solution. Then, when the channel switching valve 20 is switched so that the channels are represented by dashed lines, the light projected sample solution in the photo-reaction chamber 10 is introduced into a column 2 by moving phase material supplied from a liquid carrying pump 4, separated / eluted by the column 2 and detected by a detector 8.
