Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the operability of an operator, to decrease a burden and to shorten the time necessary for switching by executing the switching of a line from a telephone set side to a facsimile equipment side not only at the facsimile equipment side but also the telephone set side. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 2 has a main control part (CPU) 21 composed of a microprocessor, and the CPU 21 is equipped with a communicating switch supervising control means 21a to supervise the presence and the absence of the operation of a communicating switch provided at the facsimile equipment, a dial signal detecting control means 21b and a switching control means 21c, as the function to switch a subscriber line 3 from a telephone set 4 to a facsimile equipment. The switching control means 21c, when the operation of a communicating switch or the arrival of a special dial signal is detected by the communicating switch supervising control means 21a or the dial signal supervising control means 21b, outputs the switching control signal to the switching circuit 11 of a network control circuit NCU 1 and switches and connects the subscriber line 3 from the telephone set 4 side to the facsimile equipment side.
