PURPOSE: To perform a high accurate air blowing directed in a vertical downward direction or a horizontal direction in respect to a ceiling surface by a method wherein an air blowing port is provided with an air blowing frame having an elongated rectangular blowing port opened at its lower surface and an air direction adjusting device pivotally supported around a longitudinal direction of the blowing port near the blowing port.
CONSTITUTION: An elongated air blowing port 18 of a system line type air blowing port 16 is disposed at a side position of a lighting lamp 10 or a smoke sensor 12 connected in series. The system ceiling line type air blowing port 16 is provided with a hollow air blowing port frame 20 having a trapezoidal shape as viewed in its front elevational view having an elongated air blowing port 18 formed at its lower surface and an air direction adjuster 22 pivotally supported at a lower position within the air blowing frame 20. The air blowing port frame 20 is formed by longitudinal trapezoidal frame plates 24, 25 oppositely faced to each other and a narrow clearance holder plate 26 cooperatively disposed to shield the upper surface from both sides of the longitudinal frame plates 24 and 24. Easy adjustment of the air direction adjuster 22 enables a free selection of an air blowing direction toward a desired direction, and in particular, it is possible to get a high accurate characteristic of a superior air blowing direction directed downwardly by 45° which could not be attained at the line type air blowing port.
