Abstract:
To reduce the noise or vibration sensitivity (non rotation time, non driving time) accompanied by the response of the external excitation, where the vibrator is to be fixed to the external fixing member while extending in a prescribed surface having a center of gravity in the prescribed surface, and the vibrator is provided with a driving vibration system and a detection vibration system extending from the peripheries of base parts where the center of gravity is existing.
The vibrators 1A are fixed parts 12A, 12B, 12C and 12D projecting from the peripheral parts 18 of the base parts 8A provided with fixing parts to be fixed to the fixing members 20.
