Abstract:
To attain high speed responsiveness and optional positioning without using fluid pressure.
A rotating shaft 3 of a motor 1 is provided with a rotating member 6. One end side of a swinging link 11 is movably connected into the eccentric position of the rotating member 6 through a first connecting shaft 9, and the other end side of the swinging link 11 is movably connected through a second connecting shaft 12 to one end side of a slider member 13 linearly moved by a linear guide 17. The slider member 13 is linearly reciprocated by the rotation of the motor 1 through the swinging link 11. The slider member 13 can be stopped in an optional position with good responsiveness by stopping the motor 1 at an optional rotating angle.
