Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a linear actuator capable of easily varying a center distance between a drive gear and a driven gear.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 1 comprises: a rotary motor 11; a drive gear connected to the rotary motor 11; a driven gear 31 engaging with the drive gear; a linear motion mechanism section 20 connected to the driven gear 31; a motor casing 13 housing the drive gear and having a first opening part for exposing a part of the drive gear; and a body casing 32 housing the driven gear 31 and having a second opening part for exposing a part of the driven gear 31. The motor casing 13 is connected to the body casing 32 with the first opening part and the second opening part faced each other to engage the drive gear with the driven gear 31.
