Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the equipment cost by installing a partitioning plate onto an output shaft and arranging an input shaft having oil feeding ports and an oil discharge port, permitting the relative displacement in the axis line direction, inside an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A partitioning plate 6 for driving the inside of a causing 1 is installed at the center part of the cylinder part 3A of an output shaft 3, and an input shaft 10 having oil feeding ports 12A and 12B and a return port 13 is arranged, permitting the relative displacement in the axis line direction inside the cylinder part 3A of the output shaft 3. Therefore, when the input shaft 10 is shifted along the axis line, the output shaft 3 can be shifted by the equal distance, following the movement of the input shaft 10, and a linear slide mechanism, etc., driven by an NC motor, etc., can be directly utilized as driving source, in substitution for a closed loop control mechanism using a solenoid valve. Therefore, the constitution can be made simple, and the equipment cost can be reduced.
