To properly actuate a control element such as a valve by arranging a means actuating a switch when an axial deflection in a driving sleep reaches a predetermined amount for cooling a motor.
A maximum allowable axis force is accomplished, a driving motor 2 is turned off. The maximum allowable axis force corresponds to a maximum axial deflection, so that the maximum axis deflection is detected by means of a force switch device 8. The force switch device 8 is engaged in an annular groove hole 78 formed between a ring 80 and an annular shoulder 82 of a driving sleeve 14. The ring 80 is held in a predetermined position by means of a pressing ring 84 via a supporting washer 86. The force switch device 8 is provided with a bearing 88 placed on the annular groove hole 78 when the driving sleeve 14 is turned.
