To wind a linear body without any winding disturbance by guiding the delivery of the linear body in the vicinity of a winding position for winding on a winding frame by a guiding means so as to prevent line shaking.

For an optical fiber core wire 1, after an initial unnecessary part is removed/recovered by a removing means 5, a good part is wound on a winding frame 6. A pair of measuring rollers 2 are arranged in the upstream side of a route to measure a delivering amount, and a fixed guide roller 8 and a moving guide roller 3 are arranged in the downstream side of the measuring roller 2. The moving guide roller 3 is movable in an A direction together with a guiding means 4, a moving means 18 for moving the guiding means 4 and an upstream side linear body grasping means 11 in the upstream side of the guiding means 4. The upstream side linear body grasping means 11 is moved in a B or C direction together with the guiding means 4 by the moving means 18. The guiding means 4 has a linear body passing hole 40, and surely guides the optical fiber core wire 1 without shaking the same.
